岗位职责:
1.负责公司后装产品在客户的软件/硬件问题分析和技术支持;
2.负责产品售后的技术支持;
3.处理客户现场出现的各类技术问题;
4.协助处理质量问题;
5.提供产品技术咨询服务;
6.支持产品在德国当地的部分测试工作;

任职要求:
1.中英文流利,可做工作语言沟通;
2.良好的沟通和应变能力;
3.理工科专业,熟悉Linux系统相关命令及操作者优先;
4.学习能力强,有较强的客户服务和团队意识;
5.具有车载电子或者后装设备工作经验优先考虑,2年以上FAE技术支持经验优先考虑;
6.有辅助驾驶/自动驾驶相关系统开发经验者优先;
7.能接受一定频率的欧洲范围内出差;
